Manual 12 Ton XRF Pelletizing PressCompact, simple-to-operate and contemporary designed countertop manual press is designed to offer the greatest amount of lighting conditions to view the XRF powdered sample briquetting process. Economically priced to fit most laboratory budget requirements. Conducive to both in-lab and in-field operations. Optionally available 13, 32, 35 and 40 mm evacuable stainless steel dies are automatically centered and safely held in position during the briquetting process. Quick pressure release retracts ram for repetitive operation. Analog gauge displays both force, in tons, and pressure, in PSI, units of measurement. Provided with hand grip pump handle. |

Automatic 30 Ton XRF Pelletizing PressesThe easiest and fastest automatic presses for converting powered XRF samples into firm, durable and self-supported pellets for x-ray spectrochemical analysis. Two button momentary switches control ram direction: “Up” button for compressing and “Down” button for decompressing. Analog gauge indicates both force, in tons, and pressure, in PSI, units. Compact contemporary designed for countertop operation. Releasing pressure applied to “Up” button enables dwell time until “Down” button is depressed. Includes lighted interior working chamber on all 115 VAC models. Available in two models: one accepts any optionally available die for producing firm, durable 32, 35, 40 or 47 mm sample briquettes. The second model features and includes an integrated die size of choice for repetitive briquette formations of the same sample pellet diameters. Completely eliminates die handling and greatly simplifies pellet extraction and recharging in preparation for the next briquetting operation. |
