Overview of SpectroCertified® XRF Sample Cups

	1000 SERIES Attach wrinkle free thin-film windows and leak resistant seals with easy-to-handle full size sleeves. Thin-film is enveloped between cell and sleeve to minimize trimming. Thermoplastic seal rupture creates venting passage for equalizing pressure and external reservoir collects potential spillages. Available in nominal 32, 40 and 43 mm diameter sizes.
	1300 SERIES Maintain pressure equalization by coinciding venting positions of caps and 32 or 40 mm cells. External reservoir is integrated in cap. Unique geometry of Snap-On Rings and cells make leak resistant seals. Option of selecting 32 mm sample cups with Snap-On Rings with serrated cutting edges* for trimming excess thin-film windows.
	1400 SERIES Single open-ended 32 and 40 mm cells optionally extend utility to internal standard; micro and limited powdered or liquid sample mounting with included collars. Two pressure seals provide independent venting means for normal or micro sample applications. 32 mm diameter sample cups are available with serrated cutting edges in Snap-On Rings for trimming excess window material.
	1500 SERIES Top sample loading double open-ended 32 and 40 mm cells provide flexibility of use in air, vacuum or helium. Supplied with two Snap-On Rings for attaching thin-film window on the bottom end and Microporous Film pressure equalizing film on the top. Optionally available Snap-On Caps provide alternate pressure equalizing venting. Sample cups with 32 mm diameter Snap-On Rings are also available for trimming excess Microporous Film and window materials.
	1600 SERIES Snap-On Caps provide venting through slits for Style 1500 sample cups. When attached to the cell, physical barriers are formed for increased difficulty for powdered sample escape.
	1700 SERIES Single open-ended 32 or 40 mm cells incorporate a external overflow reservoirs and a uniquely designed venting feature. Apply a slight sideward to a Snap-Post to rupture the thermoplastic seal. Collar enables pre-attachment of window film. Snap-On Ring forms a leak resistant seal taut window. 32 mm diameter sample cups are also available with serrated cutting edges on the Snap-On Rings for trimming excess window material.
	1800 SERIES Single open-ended 32 and 40 mm Snap-On Ring assembly sample cups integrate external reservoirs to capture spillages with thermoplastic seal venting provision. Collar offers pre-attachment of windows. 32 mm diameter sample cups are also available with integrated serrated cutting edges on the Snap-On Rings for trimming excess window material.
	1850 SERIES 43 mm diameter single open-ended Snap-On Ring assembly sample cups have external reservoir for collecting spillages and pressure equalization by puncturing a venting hole through a thermoplastic seal.
	1900 SERIES Top loading 32 and 40 mm cells offer the options of pre-attaching thin-film windows for handling high sample throughput in air or helium. Select 32 mm diameter sample cups with serrated cutting edges integrated in the Snap-On Rings for trimming excess window material.
	1935 OX SERIES Replacement inner cells for Oxford instruments requiring aluminum sleeved sample holders. Cells form leak resistant seals and easily removed from aluminum sample holders. Includes vented friction-fitting caps.
	2100 SERIES Top sample loading sample cups are available in various diameters and feature internal reservoirs for collecting overflows and spillages within the cell. Vented Snap-On Caps provide pressure equalization. Full size thin-film window sleeves facilitate assembly and envelop excess material for minimizing trimming, form taut sample planes and create leak-resistant seals.
