32 and 40 mm Single Open-Ended Snap-On Ring Assemblies with Collars and External Overflow Reservoirs

Maintain pressure equalization by simply puncturing a hole through a central thermoplastic seal integrated in the external reservoir; temperature sensitive sample materials spillages that tend to expand are conveniently contained in the reservoir.

Supplied with Snap-On Rings configured to correspond to the cells, create taut thin-film sample support planes for uniform sample-to-excitation source distance. Collar serves to retain the window in place in readiness for final attachment with Snap-On Rings. Alternatively, it may be used to make limited powdered or liquid droplet micro sample mounts “sandwiched” in between two layers of window material.

Sample cups with Snap-On Rings integrated with serrated cutting edges for trimming pre-assembled windows are available with the 32 mm size; removes handling annoying static prone window clippings.

Self-centering Vent Hole Punch conveniently creates a vent hole and a Palm Held Fastener or Snap-On Ring Fastener facilitates assembly.
